The 5th InToGeneration International Project Partners Meeting took place in Berlin, Germany, on the 6th and 7th of April 2016.

Coordinator Seyhan Firat and the hosting partner BERLINK (GermanY) welcomed all partners. The meeting examined the Agenda and the Coordinator (Gazi University)presented the Project Management Issues.



Units were thorougly examined, and minor adjustments and improvements were done. Issues related to the project were discussed, and decisions, as well as, a division of labor, were made.

Finally, the partners discussed the upcoming conference, and the consortium was informed by partners Gazi University and ATO partners, about how it will be organised.

 

The Project offers to micro-SMEs

  • Current situation in the field of family management and business practices.
  • A curriculum and training material that follows a case study approach through which, successors can learn via handy examples, concepts and business practices.
  • A portable self-assessment service through Android based mobile application which facilitates successful business transfer and exchange of best practices between micro-SMEs. 
  • Testing phase and results with 150 micro-SMEs in Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Spain and Turkey.
